Founded in 1976, KAMINE UNGERER, P.C. is a business litigation firm whose practice focuses on helping contractors, subcontractors, sureties, and owners prevent and resolve disputes on construction projects. In addition to private works, the firm has extensive experience with state and local government projects. KAMINE UNGERER, P.C. represents its clients through all stages of a project, from planning to bidding to dispute resolution.

The firm represents clients on challenging non-responsive bids or non-responsible bidders, or-equal submittals, payment and performance bond claims, OSHA and license problems, and drafts and reviews contracts as well as providing legal support in other business and real estate matters.  It helps contractors demonstrate compliance with MBE/WBE/DBE goals and become certified as MBE/WBE/DBEs.
